At The Centre
For the safety of all visitors and staff, the following regulations apply inside the Russia Visa Centre:
- All visitors must pass through security screening on entry.
- Please present a valid photo ID when requested by staff.
- Only the applicant and accompanying persons assisting the application may enter the waiting area.
- Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Prohibited Items
For security reasons, the following items are not permitted inside the centre:
- Weapons of any kind, including replica and toy weapons.
- Sharp objects, tools and other items that could be used as weapons.
- Flammable, explosive or hazardous substances.
- Large bags, suitcases and packages — only essential documents and small bags are allowed.
Lockers are not provided on site, so please leave prohibited and bulky items at home or in your vehicle.
Photography And Devices
- Photography and video recording are not permitted inside the centre.
- Mobile phones may be used in designated areas only.
- Please switch electronic devices to silent mode in the waiting area.
Staff Instructions
Visitors who do not follow the instructions of security staff or the regulations above may be asked to leave the centre.
